COVID-19 Safety Precautions

Our continuing approach to COVID-19 Health & Safety.

As some states and communities begin lifting COVID restrictions, we want to reiterate our approach and be clear that Acoustic Hearing Center is not relaxing or eliminating any of our COVID-19 safety practices.
The health and safety of our employees and patients is always our priority. We will continue to closely follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the local Public Health Agencies. Based on current guidance, our office currently:
• Requires and provides face masks to be worn by employees and patients
• Limits the number of patients to promote social distancing
• Conducts daily health screenings for all employees
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout the main office and patient areas. The examination and testing rooms, labs, and employee offices and staff areas, multiple times a day
• Offers contactless and/or curbside services
We will continue to follow direction from the CDC and won’t be making any changes until their guidance indicates it’s safe to do so. You can always call and speak to our helpful staff if you have further questions.

We fully support health authorities in minimizing the spread of coronavirus and are following the local authority guidelines.  We also abide by the standards set forth by

In addition to thoroughly cleaning our office space throughout the day, we are requiring temperature checks, providing hand sanitizer and tissues as well as encouraging regular hand washing for our staff and patients. If you are feeling ill, we advise you to please stay home!

    • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
    • Wear a mask over your nose and mouth when out in public
    • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
    • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth
    • Stay home when you are sick

We are here to answer any questions that you may have related to your hearing care that may save you the trip of coming in. Our audiologists are available for phone consultations as well as video consultations. Additionally, we are also able to provide curb-side services. (Contact our office for further information re: arranging a curbside appointment.

Please keep in mind, at this time it is crucial that we manage our schedules to ensure additional time in between patients for safety and sanitizing reasons. We ask that all patients schedule an appointment before coming to the office, and to please be prompt, so as not to crowd the waiting room.


Until further notice, walk-in appointments will not be available.
